One of our American students completed an intensive four-week practical coffee roasting program at Green Stone Coffee Academy.
After completing the training, the student later developed a coffee business in Vietnam and successfully expanded to more than three locations.
For us, this is an important example of how professional coffee training can go beyond the classroom and become part of a student's future business journey.
Coffee learning is not limited to professional baristas.
A university professor from Hong Kong also chose Green Stone Coffee Academy for the same practical roasting program, demonstrating that our courses are suitable for learners from very different professional backgrounds who share a serious interest in coffee and flavor.
In 2025, a student from Miami, USA traveled to Taiwan and completed consecutive practical training in both coffee roasting and brewing at Green Stone Coffee Academy.
Because international students often have limited time in Taiwan, we arranged the courses around the student's travel schedule and combined multiple subjects into a customized intensive learning program.

In 2026, we welcomed a student from Malaysia for an intensive English-taught roasting program covering two levels of professional roasting certification.
The entire training and learning process was conducted in English, and the student successfully completed the program and obtained the corresponding English-language certification.
