GS L1 Cupping Sensory Course


This introductory course is a 2-hour introductory cupping class specially designed for first-time coffee drinkers.

Suitable for beginners and those who want to know more about coffee senses.



Class location: Taipei Green Stone Coffee or Zhubei Institute

Duration: 2 hours (can be arranged at any time)

Course content:

1. Introduce coffee flavor wheels and groups

2. Introduction to cupping rules

3. How to use cupping tool kits

4. Lead the cupping skills of coffee beans from different producing origins
